This renovation started with a full demo of the existing space.   The

A Stainless Steel laundry sink able to hold a household bucket with a faucet that has a pull-out spray to assist with any chores.  The Laundry Sink Cabinet has shelving above & below for extra storage, and the rod is just a great use of available space to dry / hang clothes.

Oversized eco friendly* tile suitable for indoors and out was utilized not only for its natural aesthetics and how great it works with all the finishes but was a perfect application for this high traffic space.
